More About Jordan
Jordan Molina has been teaching English at SBCC since 2015 and previously taught in San Diego County for six years. She earned her M.A. in English, with an emphasis in American Literature, from SDSU鈥揼o Aztecs! Jordan teaches sections of English 110 which focus on rhetorical and literary analysis of texts, and she tries to emphasize the relevance of her class assignments so students understand the 鈥渨hat鈥� and appreciate the 鈥渨hy鈥� of the work they鈥檙e doing. In Jordan鈥檚 English 111 classes, she enjoys teaching some of her favorite authors of American literature including Shirley Jackson and Sandra Cisneros.
Outside of teaching, Jordan enjoys walking at the beach, dabbling in watercolor painting, and eating at Los Agaves with her family.
